License Agreement
Shorties Music operates an independent royalty free music license; this means that once the content is downloaded, the purchaser is granted a non-exclusive license to use the music on synchronised television, video and film sound tracks, radio and internet broadcasts with no MCPS / ASCAP license fee throughout the World.
This license is limited to the registered user(s). Any copying, re-mixing, distribution or re-selling of SHORTIES music tracks is strictly prohibited!All music remains the copyright of Barry Short of SHORTIES music © all rights reserved.
Condition of use.
When sending your finished audio / video masters to the broadcaster you must also send them the PRS details: TRACK TITLE + BARRY SHORT (composer) CAE Number: 295980604
The relevant TV, Radio station or broadcast company will then make the appropriate notifications to the Performing Rights Society, by which it is licensed for broadcast of copyright music, which costs you nothing. Thank you.
